By Labor Law, overtime rates will apply if your move extends beyond 8 hours. Our team will notify you in advance if overtime is expected based on the workload.
As required by the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), moving companies must charge double drive time when the distance between our Norwalk office (ZIP 90650) and the pickup and drop-off locations exceeds 10 miles.
All moves are subject to a 3-hour minimum charge as outlined in our pricing policy. Hourly rates apply per job and not per mover.
A flat $300 fee applies to items weighing 300 lbs or more, such as safes, pianos, or hot tubs. Extra helpers may also be required for safety.
Any move requiring travel beyond 10 miles from 90650 will incur a mileage charge of $2.59 per mile (applies both to pickup and drop-off locations).
